We have 3 saws on site dedicated to provide a full cutting service. A Danobat production bandsaw plus a KBS1001DG Kaltenbach bandsaw for large sections and bundle cutting (up to 1016mm).

A Kaltenbach KBS75ODG bandsaw completes the range. This is linked to an extensive handling system capable of taking 19.5m bars (in & out) with dedicated overhead cranes and harnessed to a Kaltenbach KD603 (3 axis) Drilling machine with hard stamper, to provide a truly complete processed Sections service capability.

Send us your DSTV files exported from Strucad and Xsteel so that we can upload them to our CAD, ensuring accuracy and speedy costings of your processed requirements.

If you want your Steel Shotblasted & Painted, we can also provide this service utilising reliable, high quality subcontractors.
